Computer not running? Not Turning on? Bogged down by viruses?  We provide FREE 15 minute diagnostic services. If you chose not to have the repairs done, feel free to pick up your computer for no additional charge.   Certain limitations apply.  Further diagnostics may be required for a fee when disassembly is required.  Free Diagnostics are not a same day service.

Mini Interior Cleaning and hardware tune-up $17.39

Interior cleaning of computer, system check to make sure all fans and drives are in working order-oiling as needed. Does not include testing of any software,  this a maintenance tune-up only.

Hard Drive Clone/upgrade: $35

This service is for those customers wishing to upgrade to a bigger hard drive.  It includes:  We will make a cloned copy of your new hardrive (you supply) and install it in your computer.  We will perform a basic boot test to make sure your new drive boots your computer into windows. Does not includes virus scans or tune-ups or any  further testing.  Your old hard drive will become your secondary (d-drive). Formating your old drive:  Add $10

 PC Tune-up $49 (next day) Same Day: $65

Virus & Spyware Scan. A mini system tune-up does not include interior cleaning and your case will not be opened.  A mini tuneup is usually recommended when you know the cause of the infection or you are getting a specific virus alert or error message and the problem is minor in nature. An example of when a mini tuneup would suffice is if you have a web hijacker and your internet is not working, but everything else seems to be fine.

System Re-Load (Reformat) Next Day: $65 (Same Day: $85)

We will format your hard drive and re-install windows and all drivers to factory specifications.  Fee includes all windows updates and service packs. Fee does not include re-installation of any additional programs or backups. We will install a free antivirus if you don’t provide one. AVG or 6month Norton Antivirus trial.

System Re-load with Backups $85

We will format your hard drive and re-install windows and all drivers to factory specifications.  Fee includes all windows updates and service packs and backup of email accounts and data in “my documents”.  Additional backups of other folders may incur an additional fee.  Fee does not include installation of additional programs or software.  If system is corrupted and cannot boot, additional charges may apply for retrieval and backup of data where the hard-drive must be manually removed and scanned. Backup of data in excess of 10gb may incur an additional fee.

Complete Backup and Restore $95

We will backup your current computer and re-install windows and all of your software.  All drivers, updates, service packs will also be installed.  We regret that we cannot install software that requires peripherals be present, such as scanners and printers, unless you bring in these items. You must bring all the disks you would like installed when you drop  off your computer.

Data Recovery: $45  (includes 1 disk) +$5 each additional disk (DVD or CD)

We will scan your crashed hard drive and recover any data onto media of your choice.  Recovery is not always possible  depending on the failure, and your drive may need to be sent to a lab for analysis. We will advise you of estimated costs involved if this is the case.
